Scholarship Opportunities For First class and Second-Class Graduates

If you are aware of any Nigerian graduate who has achieved a first-class degree or a second-class upper division, please read this thread. The i-Scholar Initiative, a non-profit organisation, is offering to fund your GRE & TOEFL exams and cover your application fees for any graduate school in the USA for the Fall 2024 term.

Due date: February 9th, 2024

– Must have successfully completed a programme of study at a recognised Nigerian educational institution, achieving a minimum of Second Class Upper Grade

– Must be willing to submit an application for graduate admission and financial support during the 2023/2024 period

  • GRE candidates who achieve a minimum cumulative score of 300 will be automatically eligible for TOEFL sponsorship.
  • To be eligible for the TOEFL, you must be adequately prepared and willing to take the exam within a maximum of four weeks following your GRE or GMAT exam.
  • Statement of Personal Identity
  • Study schedule for the examination – Two letters of recommendation (one from an academic source and one character reference)
  • Official records of academic achievement at the undergraduate level
  • Curriculum Vitae or Resume
  • Official document attesting the completion of a degree programme or providing a detailed record of academic achievements
